Photo of a birch tree taken on one of my winter walks in the forest
l studied fine arts and education in Montreal Quebec. I was always experimenting with shapes, colors, and textures as a child. I love to inspire children to make art as l am passionate about the art making process. It's not the end product that counts to me but how much heart we use to produce art. I have since taught various subjects including art at many grade levels and continue to teach to this day. I particularly enjoy working with the First Nations population as they have such rich cultural traditions. I continue to paint and exhibit whenever l get a chance. Art has always been and will always be my way to express my feelings and interpret my surroundings.
